Suing the Firearms Industry: The Latest Attempts to Hold Gunmakers Accountable

October 18 @ 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Why is it so difficult to hold gun manufacturers liable for gun violence?  How are some cases attempting to hold gunmakers accountable? What are states doing to make it easier to sue?  Please join us for a discussion of the latest developments in gun liability litigation with Alinor Sterling, counsel for the plaintiffs in the Sandy Hook Litigation, and Robert S. Peck , President of the Center for Constitutional Litigation and author of several articles on holding corporations, including gun manufacturers, accountable.

The Conversations Series is supported by a gift from AAJ’s Robert L. Habush Endowment.
