CLE: Regulatory Chaos? Navigating a Post-Chevron world after Loper Bright

September 21 @ 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Join us for a thought-provoking panel discussion moderated by Irene Liu, Berkeley Law’s Executive in Residence and a former general counsel with experience at the FTC and DOJ. Our esteemed panelists include David Doniger of the NRDC, who argued the landmark Chevron case, Judge Jeremy Fogel of the Berkeley Judicial Institute, and Hae-Won Min Liao of Gilead Sciences. Together, they will explore the far-reaching implications of the Loper Bright decision on regulatory practices across non-profits, government agencies, and corporations.

This CLE is jointly presented by Berkeley Law Executive Education and The Center for Law, Energy, and the Environment.
