This MCLE will be in two parts. The first part (“Arc of Supervision: From Orientation to Evaluation”) will discuss the arc of supervision from orientation to evaluation. Specifically, we will be discussing best practices when it comes to assignments and feedback for student externs/new attorneys. The second part (“Creating Inclusive Environments for Students and New Attorneys”) will focus on addressing bias in the workplace. We will discuss specific strategies to recognize and correct behaviors to create a more inclusive environment for students and new attorneys.

The first part will be one general credit hour. The second part will be one elimination of bias credit hour. Please RSVP above.
