Introduction

Gain business law expertise through rigorous in-person courses at UC Berkeley Law, where you’ll deepen your knowledge of venture capital law, M&As, and business associations alongside our LL.M. students and top-ranked faculty.

Enroll in one course, or complete three courses to earn a Business Law certificate from one of the country’s best law schools. Either way, you’ll receive a degree-level education in a classroom to help advance your career. Because these courses are in person, seats are extremely limited. Apply early to avoid disappointment!
