Women in Business Law Initiative Roundtable Series: Quarterly Roundtable Series: Addressing Development and Retention

This Series will cover best practices and the importance of talent retention, leadership and networking to advance the careers of women in the practice of business law. Topics addressed will include best practices in recruiting, retention, and promotion, as described in more detail below.  This forum is meant to be an inclusive event. In addition to mid-upper management, partners and general counsel, we welcome practitioners of all genders and at all levels of their careers to encourage a dynamic, inclusive debate around the talent pipeline as well as create a network of partners, mentors and successful women.
