Sexual Harassment in Schools, Colleges & Universities: A Global Perspective

January 29, 2021 - January 30, 2021

This is a two day remote conference for lawyers, Title IX officers, HR specialists and investigators on sexual harassment in schools, colleges and universities. On Friday, January 29 we will focus on the United States, and developments in Title IX law and practice. On Saturday, January 30 we will shift to a global perspective with speakers from every continent. The conference has been organized by the Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law. The conference will provide multiple opportunities for hearing from experts, sharing ideas in workshops, and networking with other professionals. Here is the agenda (subject to change). The fee for attending is $250 for both days or $175 for one day. Discounts are available for Berkeley graduates, government or NGO employees, and members of our bar association partners. The CLE materials, when available, will be posted to the conference website. Registration begins on or about December 1, 2020.
