Professor Amelia Miazad will explore the role of investors and asset managers in advancing racial justice with Kimberley Lewis, Director of Engagement at Federated Hermes International EOS, Melanie Mendoza, Chief Compliance Officer at Matarin Capital, and Doug Heske, CEO of Newday Impact Investing. Our speakers will address how investors are addressing racial justice by engaging with companies on  board and executive suite diversity, incorporating diversity into human capital management,  and analyzing products and services through the lens of anti-racism. The conversation will also explore how investors are looking inward to ensure that their own business strategy is aligned with advancing racial justice as well as a case study on an innovative digital platform which seeks to provide economic inclusion and empowerment to black communities.
