Berkeley Boosts | Conversations on Civil Justice: How to Evaluate a Case

February 23 @ 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm

What are the most important considerations in evaluating potential civil litigation? How do litigators and litigation funders assess cases differently? Please join us for a discussion of case assessment and evaluation with Roman Silberfeld, National Trial Chair of Robins Kaplan, LLP, and Allison K. Chock, Director, Omni Bridgeway Management (USA), LLC, for a discussion of the issues from their different perspectives. Mr. Silberfeld’s trial and appellate experience includes business and high technology matters, product liability, professional negligence, and mass tort litigation, with a particular emphasis on multi-state, multi-party, and class action litigation. Ms. Chock is the former chief investment officer for Omni Bridgeway and an experienced litigator in complex business disputes.
