Berkeley Art, Finance, and Law Symposium 2023

On June 8, BCLB will host our second annual Art, Finance, and Law Symposium at SFMOMA. Speakers include UC professors Pamela Samuelson and Peter Menell, on the Andy Warhol Foundation vs. Goldsmith case before the Supreme Court; and UC professor Frank Partnoy and Jessica Feinstein, Co-Chief, Money Laundering, U.S. Attorney’s Office, SDNY, on international fraud and money laundering in the art world.
