Our 6th annual CLE conference on gender discrimination and harassment law brings together attorneys, activists, and academics from California, the broader United States, and beyond to discuss key developments related to gender discrimination and harassment law. Topics include Title IX: Transgender and Non-Binary Students, Trauma Informed Lawyering, Mandatory Arbitration, and New Developments in CA Discrimination Law. The conference will take place in a hybrid format, with options to attend the conference in-person or online via Zoom.
