2022 – 2023 Berkeley Law and Judiciary: a virtual series for judges

February 9, 2023 @ 11:45 am - 1:00 pm

Last May, Berkeley Judicial Institute debuted a three day virtual program for judges, Berkeley Law and the Judiciary (BLAJ).

The program introduced some of Berkeley Law’s talented faculty to judges all over the world.

We’re pleased to continue Berkeley Law and the Judiciary as a monthly virtual program, starting in November of 2022, and invite judges to participate.

Professor Andrew Bradt, one of Berkeley’s brightest stars, will moderate these conversations.

Session 4: Feb. 9, 2023 with Dean Erwin Chemerinsky on “Worse Than Nothing: The Dangerous Fallacy of Originalism”

–Reading Material:
(1) Worse Than Nothing, Chapter 1

(Registration open to judges)
