Introduction

The General Counsel Institute, co-hosted by Berkeley Law Executive Education and Peer 150, is targeted at mid-career in-house attorneys who want to gain insight into the tools, skills, and techniques used by general counsel to fulfill their role as legal and business leaders, as well as network with other up and coming legal executives from a wide range of organizations.

Time Commitment: Two full days of programming

Program Structure

The interactive program is designed to maximize opportunities for discussion, learning, and networking.

Each day is comprised of six sessions, which will begin at 8:30 AM and end around 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Sessions consist of a 35-40 minute presentation followed by 20-minutes of Q&A with the instructor.
Breakfast and lunch are included and breaks are scheduled throughout the day.
The first day will conclude with a happy hour, providing an additional opportunity for participants to get to know each other.
